Our news - IECD Lebanon and GDR Engineering cooperate to address the skills gap and shortage of automation professionals in the Lebanese industrial sector
IECD Lebanon and GDR Engineering have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the purpose to support BT graduates in "Electrotechnics and Maintenance" and upcoming students of TS and LT in "Electrotechnics", ensure their professional integration and empower them with the knowledge and skills in Industrial Automation to meet the ever increasing demand of the industry.
This cooperation will contribute to reducing the skills gap and shortage of automation professionals in the Lebanese industrial sector.
The scope of the collaboration is to deliver industry-oriented Industrial Automation training sessions entitled “Industrial Automation Competency: Mastering PLC programming with IEC61131-3” which are fulling compliant with PLCOpen requirements.
